My Project Management Counseling is designed to restructure the way you manage your project to have more of a control and consistency over your project and your life. With a 1-hour time session, we will discuss communication techniques, mindset, and the enhancement of your management skills by addressing challenges to manage such as: time management, and risks management. We will partner together in taking a deeper dive with the insight needed to carry out your project and life to scale towards your success.
