I will have complete control of the execution and the outcome in managing the process. I will focus on the backend, frontend and the business portion of managing a project giving you more time to focus on other major priorities like quality time with your family. By taking over the vision of your project as if it was my own, I will commence by acquiring all the details necessary to get things going to manage 1 project of your choice, I will be conducting a structure breakdown, communicating with team members, monitor project progress, and conduct finalize documentation for project deadline to be completed. I will meet regularly with the team (if applicable) for project updates and deadlines and we will meet up to four times a month for 60mins for project progress. With my expertise, we will bring your project's vision to life by carrying out your vision in a timely, orderly, and manageable manner.
